Move your legs back to a comfortable distance from the floor.
This is the first step in moving your legs from a recline to a more upright position.
Your legs should be on a comfortable horizontal line.
The more upright your position, it’s easier for your spine to move back and forth to the position you’re comfortable with.
If your legs are a little bit out of line, your spine can twist, and your back can feel awkward.
Move the legs back again.
You should now have your legs slightly higher than the floor, about the same height as the top of your head.
This should be comfortable for you.
Move them back to their original position.
Move your legs in the same direction you were moving them last.
This will give you the most natural and comfortable recline.
If the back of your legs seem to be more upright, move them back a little more.
Move the legs again, and move them as far back as you can.
You can use your thumbs or a ruler to help you.
The best position is the one you feel comfortable in.
You’ll want to avoid rocking your head back and forwards.
